What it is

It is a bridge between your accounting software and ChatGPT. You ask in everyday words, the AI looks into your software and answers with its numbers. Technically this bridge is called an MCP server.

Your data stays safe

Your database stays on your computer. We keep no copy.
Everyone signs in with their own login. No shared passwords.
The AI cannot change or delete anything without a person's approval.
Our log shows who asked what, but we do not store the numbers.

For your IT person

What we install: The Connector service on the Windows server with the databases. It dials out over 443, no inbound ports.
How it reads: Through an add-on in a BAF session; all databases use one licence. Queries come from a vetted catalogue of 47 reports, the AI does not write them.
Access: Person × company × section × level (view, drafts, posting). Several entities in one database are separated by EDRPOU.
Sign-in and secrets: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Passwords as scrypt hashes, tokens encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Nightly backups of file databases are encrypted on your server.
Configurations: BAS Accounting, 1C:Accounting for Ukraine, BAS ERP, UPP.

Common questions

What is a "database"?

A separate set of books in BAS. Usually one per company. If several companies live in one database, you pay for one.

Can the AI mess up the books?

No. Nothing is posted without a "yes" from a person with the right. And everyone sees only what you opened to them.

Do I pay for ChatGPT?

Yes. Free ChatGPT does not connect bridges like this, you need a paid plan: ChatGPT Plus is $20 a month. Or Claude. We will help you choose.

What if my accountant objects?

She changes nothing: she keeps working in BAS. Often she is the first to start asking ChatGPT, because it is faster.
