Що робить інструмент «Лис каже»

«Лис каже» це наш внутрішній інструмент бренду «Справи». Він публікує наші власні короткі відео з анімованим лисом на наші власні акаунти YouTube, Instagram і TikTok: в Instagram через офіційний API, у YouTube і TikTok через їхні офіційні вебстудії. Інструмент не є публічним сервісом: ним користується лише оператор, і він не працює з чужими акаунтами.

Правила використання

  • Інструмент публікує тільки контент, на який у нас є права: наші сценарії, наш голос і анімацію, футаж і музику з ліцензіями, що дозволяють таке використання.
  • Ми дотримуємося правил кожної платформи: Умов використання YouTube, Умов використання Instagram, Умов TikTok і їхніх правил для розробників.
  • Відео, створені з допомогою штучного інтелекту, ми позначаємо так, як цього вимагає кожна платформа.
  • Доступ інструмента до будь-якого акаунта власник може відкликати будь-коли в налаштуваннях платформи.

Відповідальність

Інструмент і сайт надаються «як є». Ми не відповідаємо за збої, зміни чи обмеження на боці YouTube, Instagram або TikTok.

Як ми поводимося з даними, описано в Політиці конфіденційності.

Parties. The website spravy.app and the «Лис каже» (Lys Kazhe) publishing tool are owned by Fisher Tech LLC (ТОВ «Фішер Тек», Ukrainian company code 46111523, 1 Promyslova St., Uzhhorod, Ukraine). Contact: admin@fisher.tech.

What the tool does. «Лис каже» is an internal tool of the Справи (Spravy) brand. It publishes our own short animated fox videos to our own YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts: Instagram through its official API, YouTube and TikTok through their official web studios. It is not a public service: only the operator uses it, and it does not work with anyone else's accounts.

Rules of use.

  • The tool only publishes content we have the rights to: our own scripts, voice and animation, and footage and music under licences that allow this use.
  • We follow each platform's rules: the YouTube Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use, the TikTok Terms of Service and their developer policies.
  • Videos made with the help of AI are labelled as each platform requires.
  • The account owner can revoke the tool's access to any account at any time in the platform's settings.

Liability. The tool and the website are provided «as is». We are not responsible for outages, changes or restrictions on the YouTube, Instagram or TikTok side.

Data. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
